The Radiology Department is staffed by registered and state licensed radiology technologists. State-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and availability of digital results ensure that patients receive high quality radiological diagnostics and expedient results.

All radiological services require medical orders from a physician. Please contact Radiology at 402-643-2971 for additional information.

General ultrasound services provided at MHCS include sonograms to visualize abdominal and pelvic organs as well as soft tissues and blood vessels. Obstetrical ultrasounds of all stages of pregnancy, breast ultrasound and ultrasound guided procedures are also part of the General Ultrasound Department.

Rather than showing the structure of a body part, PET images show metabolic changes in the anatomical context of the body, which assists the physician in determining the extent of a problem and identifying treatment options.
