Blood Pressure

Blood Pressure

Blood pressure is the pressure of blood pushing against the walls of your arteries. A normal blood pressure level is less than 120/80. The only way to know if your blood pressure is in a healthy range is to have your blood pressure tested.

You can check your blood pressure:

  • at a scheduled medical appointment
  • utilizing a home blood pressure machine
  • stopping at a blood pressure screening station often found in large store chains
