Memorial Hospital has been recognized for the 9^th year in a row by The Chartis Center for Rural Health as a 2023 Top 100 Critical Access Hospital in the United States. This annual recognition program honors outstanding performance among the nation's rural hospitals based on the results of the Chartis Rural Hospital Performance INDEX.

Memorial Hospital’s, Roger Reamer, CEO commended the team for this accomplishment. “It is a great honor to be recognized for the 9th year in a row as a leader in health care through the Chartis Center for Rural Health. With over 1,320 critical access hospitals in the US, we take pride in this recognition. But more so, we take pride in the compassion and quality care our team members deliver to our patients each day,” Reamer stated.
