Seward Family Pharmacy: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.; Saturday 8:30 a.m. - Noon

Memorial Hospital: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.; Saturday-Sunday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Milford, Seward and Utica Family Medical Centers: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

The Rapid Self-Test is the Quidel Quick Vue rapid antigen test. Results are available within 10 min. Once the kits are handed out, Memorial Health Care Systems is not involved with the results or the interpretation of the results. 

Expiration dates for at-home COVID-19 tests have been extended based on more data by the manufacturer showing how long the test can be used with the same expected accuracy.
