Join us for the Memorial Health Care Systems Health Fair "Don't Fool Around With Your Health" at the Ag Pavilion of the Seward County Fair Grounds.The Annual Health Fair will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.  Free and low cost health screenings including blood glucose, blood pressure, posture screens, BMI (Body Mass Index), Colorectal Kits, Pulmonary Function Testing, as well as wellness information with over 60 displayers.

A basic blood chemistry profile is available for pre-registered participants. Must be 18 or older to obtain this screening. Costs for a blood chemistry profile are $35 or $70 for blood chemistry profile with a PSA for male participants. Payment collected at the health fair (check or cash). Blood chemistry registration forms are available at our Family medical Centers of Seward, Milford and Utica, by downloading the pdf registration form below or you can register online. Pre-registration is required by March 29, 2023.

Bryan Health Mobile Screening Services (8 a.m. - 1 p.m.):

• AFIB - Atrial Fibrillation screening (anyone is eligible) $10

To be eligible for AAA, Carotid and PAD screening you must be at least 65 years old or age 55 with personal history of prior heart disease or heart surgery, history of tobacco use, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and/or diabetes or family history of stroke, heart attack, high blood pressure, kidney failure, sudden cardiac death or abdominal aortic aneurysm.

• AAA - Abdominal Aortic Ultrasound screening (requires 4-hour fast) $40
• PAD - Peripheral Arterial Disease screening $20
• CAR - Carotid Artery Ultrasound screening $40
