Lynette Pallas, Medical Laboratory Technologist, has been selected as the Nebraska Hosptial Association 2026 Caring Kind employee for Memorial Health Care Systems.  

Lynette has been a dedicated member of the MHCS team for 23 years. Her calm, professional, and patient-centered approach to care has earned her the trust and respect of patients across all age groups, from infants to the elderly. She is equally valued by her coworkers, always willing to lend a helping hand to ensure timely, accurate results. Lynette’s commitment to serving others extends beyond her work at MHCS. She generously gives her time to her church, donating blood, and local volleyball. 

Lynette consistently exemplifies the MHCS Customer Service Standards of Practice through her compassion, integrity and commitment to others. Her dedication makes her an outstanding representative of the Caring Kind Award.
