Surgical Technologist Full Time (36 hours/week) position. Assist Physician in surgery with handling of instruments. Coordinate Central Supply Room, organize supplies and equipment for surgery rooms, and clean surgery rooms. Position requirements: Graduate of accredited Surgical Technology program, certification preferred and current BLS. Rotating night/weekend/holiday call schedule is required.
Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)/ Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Full Time Day position. one on-call or evening shift per week, including 1 of 7 weekends and rotating holidays. Candidate must be able to multi-task, work independently and have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Health Information Medical Coding Specialist Full Time Day position. The Health Information Medical Coder is responsible for accurately assigning diagnosis and procedure codes based on established national coding standards. This role performs comprehensive closed clinical record reviews across multiple levels of care and ensures timely, accurate reporting to internal and external entities, including hospital statistical reporting. Candidates must have knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines and standards, ability to interpret clinical documentation across varying levels of care and high attention to detail and strong analytical skills. This position is not remote.
Certified Medical Assistant/LPN/RN Full Time Day position. Mon. thru Fri. with Sat. morning rotation. This position requires good communication skills between you and the provider. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential to providing excellent customer service and communicating with patients. Computer skills are required. Clinic Nursing experience preferred. Certified Medical Assistant or RN/LPN license required.
Seward Family Medical Center Receptionist PRN (as needed) day position. Schedule will include filling in as needed for vacations and working Saturday AM rotation. Responsible for Clinic Registration, patient scheduling, insurance verification, medical records, and answer multi phone line. Candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced office. Previous experience or medical knowledge preferred but not required.
